為何內文過濾會有失敗的狀況發生

舉例：我在內文過濾設定〔CTXE〕字句，但有時可以成功阻擋有〔CTXE〕字句的郵件，但有時卻無法順利阻擋，本以為是編碼或斷行的問題，但打開信件一看，根本沒有編碼或斷行，是單純的文字，那為何無法順利阻擋？

不只是〔CTXE〕字句，而且不管是中文或英文，其它的字句也有這問題

另外有些正規表示也會發生無法順利阻擋的狀況
舉例：[!][PCRE](@aaa.idv.tw)|(@bbb.com.tw)|(@ccc.com)
說明：這是因為我有多個網域，為了阻擋收件者不是這幾個網域範圍或者是空白的郵件，大部份的狀況是可以成功阻擋，但還是會發生無法順利阻擋的狀況

以上這種狀況，每天都會發生，一天都會有十多封這種應該被阻擋，卻順利偷跑進來的垃圾郵件
