我們家業務有封信, 在7月9日已經收到了, 奇怪的是, 今天又收到一封完全一樣的信,被問的真不知怎回答~~

Dear Gloria

This is difficult for all of us. I certainly didn''t mean to offend you. It
is just so frustrating when things do not run smoothly. Please accept my
apologies if my email caused offence.

When a customer comes to us with an order it is very difficult to know if
they are trading with Beauty UK. I cannot ask them and so we took the
order. Because we know the GO customer well I felt the only way to resolve
things was to explain the situation to her. Her response was that although
she would not discuss Beauty UK with me she felt she had every right to
order from whoever she pleased. For the click pen she chose Blossom
Cosmetics.

I am sure that like me you would just like to get on with your job and I
hope soon that everything will quieten down and we are able to work
together.

I am not sure where we are now with the click pen. We want to order the
minimum amount which I understand is 50,000. 12,000 of these were for GO
brand. Are we still able to do this?

Once again Gloria, please accept my apologies for the tone of my message. I

They will not tell us because they regard it as confidential information. As
you know we cancelled the W7 order because the component was the same as
Beauty UK. This is a new component.
